Introducing The Wizard Stencil Frame System for Surface Mount Solder Paste Stencil Printers.
The Wizard Frame System consists of two frames that securely hold your stencil.The patented plastic Container Frame (Patent # US 6,494,134 B2) protects your technicians from injury during handling of the stencil’s razor sharp edges. The stencil is firmly held in these molded plastic Container Frames with up to 80 contact points for precise tensioning. The Container Frames also reduces the chance of stencil damage during shipping , handling and storage. These lightweight container frames are available in three materials for specific applications:

- Stencil tension can be Increased or Decreased easily with the amount of air pressure used.
- Greater clearance allows for larger board image area.
- Fits standard industrial adapter frames with a 21 and 21.5 bolt pattern.

20” x 29” Container frames are packaged 25 per box @ 11 lbs.
29” x 29” Container frames are packaged 26 per box @ 13 lbs.
